Orders & pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. Volume pricing applies automatically by quantity per line item. Orders are binding once payment is received (card) or a proforma invoice is issued (wire transfer). We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before shipment.

Intended use

Products are professional medical instruments intended for use by qualified healthcare personnel. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with local regulations governing purchase and use of medical devices in their jurisdiction.

Shipping & risk

Transit times are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on carrier delivery. International buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns & warranty

Unused instruments in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Instruments carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects; this excludes normal wear, misuse and improper reprocessing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.
