Frequently asked questions
Do you ship to the USA and how long does it take?
Yes — USA is our primary market. Standard shipping is 5–7 business days, Express 2–3 days, and Overnight is available. US standard shipping is free on orders over $500.
Are your instruments autoclavable?
All re-useable stainless instruments are autoclave safe to 134°C and ETO compatible. Each product page lists the validated sterilization methods; single-use items are marked accordingly.
What material are the instruments made from?
Primarily German stainless steel (grades 410/420/440 by pattern), with tungsten carbide inserts on premium needle holders and scissors. Mill certificates are retained for every lot.
How does bulk pricing work?
Every product page shows published volume tiers (e.g. 1–9, 10–49, 50+ units) that apply automatically in the cart. For 100+ units per line, hospital tenders or distribution, request a custom price list via the Bulk Orders page.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, CE marking as Class I medical devices, US FDA establishment registration, plus SFDA, K-FDA and MHLW market registrations. Certificates are available for download and verification.
Can you manufacture custom or private-label instruments?
Yes. We produce modified patterns, custom sizes, special finishes and full private-label (OEM) lines including your logo laser-marked on the instrument and branded packaging. Standard patterns have no minimum; custom tooling starts at 100 units.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe with 3D Secure, and bank wire transfer for institutional and bulk orders. All prices are in USD.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Unused instruments in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Every instrument carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects — if it fails in normal service, we replace it.
Do you provide documentation for hospital vendor qualification?
Yes — certificates, declarations of conformity, technical files and lot traceability records are supplied on request for tenders and vendor-qualification audits.
