Idrak Surgical is the surgical instruments division of Idrak Pharma, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. We supply premium German stainless steel instruments to hospitals, surgical centers and distributors — selected, inspected and documented to the same clinical standard that drives everything our company builds. In the operating room, “almost right” doesn't exist.
Who we are
Idrak Pharma was created for people who demand accuracy — clinical discipline, minimalistic design and biological clarity. Idrak Surgical extends that philosophy from formulation science to the operating room: a curated line of surgical instruments where every pattern, material and finish has to justify itself with performance, not marketing.
We operate from New Jersey with US-based sales, support and logistics. Manufacturing is entrusted to our long-standing partner INSTRUMED (Pvt) Ltd. of Sialkot — surgical craftsmen since 1974, certified to ISO 13485:2016 — while specification, curation and final accountability stay with us.

Standing behind the steel
German stainless steel, full lot traceability and a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If an instrument fails in normal service, we replace it.
Our manufacturing partner
Instruments are produced by INSTRUMED (Pvt) Ltd. in Sialkot — the global center of surgical instrument making — crafting since 1974 under ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, with exports across five continents. Every piece passes their six-stage quality gauntlet before it is accepted into the Idrak Surgical line.
